Step Up to Writing

As everyone entered the classroom, they got out their binder reminders and wrote down the agenda. After writing down the agenda, Ms. Nakada put on the calm video. After the video ended, Janiah presented her blog. After presenting, Ms. Nakada told everyone to do their R.J. After the class read quietly, Ms. Nakada told everyone to take out their Chromebooks and check some work they might be missing. As the class was doing this, Alex passed out their portfolios and student put paper in the portfolio. Ms. Nakada assigned kids to work on their Book Projects or work kids might need to turn in. As kids worked, the class time became shorter and before long the bell rang. Ms. Nakada dismissed the class to lunch.
