Essay Basic 

HW: RJ 6.4 read T.O. p 1-18 and summarize.

First, everyone sat down and took out their binder reminders and wrote the agenda for today. Then, Isabella and Hailey went up to read their blogs, Ms. Nakada was correcting their blog. Hailey then picked Chloe and I to do the next blog. After Ms. Nakada told everyone to take out our Reading journals and go to the page where we write down our I-ready and reading minutes. Ms. Nakada then introduced a new book we will be reading called The Outsiders by S.E Hinton. After that, Ms. Nakada started to read Chapter 1, and then a few people took turns to read a page or a paragraph. Then, we wrote notes about what's happening in the book. We read with a partner. Finally, we packed up to go to lunch.
