Week 8: G.Q.Q.L

Reader's Workshop

HW: RJ 8.1 T.O  Ch.6

Everyone entered the classroom, and we sat down. Most students took out their daily planners, and Ms. Nakada thanked those who did. After sending a few people out of the classroom, Ms. Nakada announced that we would be working on the Blog, and she showed us what Creatober is. We then worked on our Week 8: Grammar, Quote, Question, Line. The class then wrote down our quote which was, "I don't paint dreams or nightmares. I paint my own reality." -Frida Kahlo, and Ms. Nakada showed us some of Frida Kahlo's self portraits. Then, we answered this weeks question and answered it. We worked on our summaries for The Outsiders and worked on our chapter 2-3 summaries. Then, we did silent reading, the bell rang, and we packed up for lunch.
