BOOK PROJECTS 

DUE TUESDAY 2/18!

As we arrived at English class and sat down at our assigned seats, the tardy bell rang and the class started. We started off the class by mediating and having a moment. Gigi and Isabella read their blog and chose me and Ayelen. Then, Ms. Nakada talked to the class about phone policy. Ms. Nakada then read us the poem "1st Love Song to the Black Girl" By Nate Marshall, and "Friend" By Langston Hughes. We talked about the poems. After, we finish annotating the poems we started to do our book project which are due Tuesday, February, the eighteenth. After 15 minutes after doing our book projects, we packed up our stuff and left the classroom for lunch as soon as the lunch bell rang.
