So, when we first started class we read our books and then after we wrote in our journals about chronological order. After that, we started writing about a quote by Assata Shakur that was just talking about "fighting for our freedom." We talked about how can we move to a more just world. One answer is to stop racial profiling. After that, we finished notes and packed up to leave to lunch.
